Does OKEA deliver everywhere in Namibia?
Yes. We deliver from our Windhoek warehouse to every town in Namibia. Orders are dispatched from Windhoek the same day you place them and arrive the next day in Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Oshakati, Rundu, Otjiwarongo, Keetmanshoop, Katima Mulilo and everywhere else.
How much is delivery?
N$30 in Windhoek, or N$40 to Olympia, Kleine Kuppe, Cimbebasia, Ausblick, Suiderhof and Ludwigsdorf. Delivery is free on all Windhoek orders over N$699, suburbs included. Anywhere else in Namibia is N$70, or N$90 on orders under N$200.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay on delivery or in store with cash, e-wallet, Blue Voucher, EasyWallet, Nedbank Send-Money or PayToCell. No bank card is needed to order from OKEA.
Where is the OKEA store in Windhoek?
On Independence Avenue, opposite Zoo Park. Open Monday to Saturday 09:30–18:30 and Sunday 09:30–15:00. You can shop in person or collect an online order and pay on collection.
What does OKEA sell?
Women's fashion (dresses, sets, lingerie, shapewear, sleepwear, activewear, shoes, bags), men's streetwear from TOCSICARCHIVES, beauty and personal care, jewelry, electronics and accessories, personal-growth books from bookshark, baby items and home goods. Everything is stocked locally in Windhoek and priced in Namibian dollars.
Is OKEA a Namibian company?
Yes — OKEA was founded in Windhoek in 2023 and is Namibian-owned and operated, with our own warehouse, delivery team and retail store on Independence Avenue.
Can I return something?
Yes. We give a full refund on items returned in their original packaging with tags still attached — within 24 hours if you're in Windhoek, or within 3 days if your order was delivered to another town. Call us on 081 300 1118 to start a return. One seller on our platform, Pretty_things / The Queen Apparel, sets their own returns terms and handles each request case by case; the seller's name is shown on every product page.
How fast is delivery in Windhoek?
Same-day or next-day, depending on when you order. Ordering takes about 30 seconds and you pay when it arrives.
