OKEA delivers from our Windhoek warehouse to every town in Namibia.

Windhoek — N$30

N$40 to Olympia, Kleine Kuppe, Cimbebasia, Ausblick, Suiderhof and Ludwigsdorf. Free delivery on all orders over N$699 anywhere in the city, suburbs included.

Everywhere else in Namibia — N$70

Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Oshakati, Rundu, Otjiwarongo, Keetmanshoop, Katima Mulilo and every other town. We dispatch from Windhoek the same day you order, and it arrives the next day. Orders under N$200 pay N$90.

Pick up in store

Independence Avenue, opposite Zoo Park, Windhoek. Monday to Saturday 09:30–18:30, Sunday 09:30–15:00. Pay when you collect if you prefer.

Payment

Pay on delivery or in store with cash, e-wallet, Blue Voucher, EasyWallet, Nedbank Send-Money or PayToCell. No bank card required.

Returns

Full refund on items returned in original packaging with tags attached — within 24 hours in Windhoek, or within 3 days for orders delivered to other towns. Call us on 081 300 1118 to start a return. See our refund policy for full details.
