Description

A two-layer waist trainer: an inner compression layer against the skin and an outer adjustable layer over it. The two layers work independently, so you can tighten the outer one as the trainer settles without the inner layer digging in — which is the usual complaint with a single-layer design.

Sizes Small through Extra Large. Measure your natural waist at its narrowest point rather than going by trouser size, and take the larger size if you are between two.

Worn under clothing for a smoother line or during training for core support. Not for sleeping in. Build wear time up gradually, and take it off if you feel pinching or shortness of breath. Hand wash cold and air dry — heat destroys the elastic.
