Chunky rectangular sunglasses with a bold black acetate frame and ice-blue tinted lenses. The heavy frame and narrow lens shape are the Y2K reference — sharp angles rather than the rounded retro silhouette.

The blue tint cuts glare while staying light enough to see through comfortably indoors, so they work as a style piece as well as in full sun. Sprung hinges give at the temple, which is what stops a chunky frame gripping.

Unisex, one size. Keep them in a case rather than loose in a bag — acetate frames scratch against keys, and a scratched lens on a tinted pair is very visible. Clean with a soft cloth, not a shirt hem.
