Description

A waist trainer with three adjustable strap rows, giving you three levels of compression from the same garment. You start on the loosest row and move inward as the fit settles, which is what makes a trainer last rather than becoming useless once it moulds to you.

Sizes Small through 2XL. Measure your natural waist at its narrowest point, not your hip or trouser size, and if you are between sizes take the larger one — a trainer that is too tight is one you will not wear.

Worn under clothing for a smoother line, or during workouts for core support and posture. Not intended for sleeping in. Take it off if you feel pinching or shortness of breath, and build up wear time gradually rather than starting with a full day. Hand wash cold and air dry — heat destroys the elastic and the boning.
