Description
Ever feel like you’re speaking a different language than everyone else? Erikson uses a simple, color-coded system (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue) to break down human behavior. It’s a practical guide to understanding why people act the way they do and, more importantly, how to communicate with them effectively in business and life.
