Sizes Small through Extra Large, with a full-length front zip. Measure your natural waist at its narrowest point rather than using your dress or trouser size.

For workouts rather than all-day wear, and not for sleeping in. Drink more water than usual when training in it. Rinse it out after every session and hang it to dry — do not machine wash or tumble dry, which destroys the fabric's structure.
